Interns
You will receive a comprehensive orientation programme to introduce you to the people, clients and procedures of your home office. You’ll attend training geared towards the line of service that you choose to help bridge the gap between your academic experience and your initial assignments.
Through case studies, practice exercises, communication modules and technology-enabled study, you’ll learn to solve common problems in business transactions. Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll become an active member of a client engagement team. From your first day of training to completion of your client engagements, you'll tap into a network that can help you for the rest of your career.
An experienced PwC employee will act as your mentor to help you develop your career path. You'll also have a peer mentor who can help you adjust to your office and answer your day-to-day questions. You'll work with people who are experts in their fields and who share their knowledge freely
